2 lb. new potatoes
1/2 c. garlic butter (recipe below)
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes. Cut into slices 3/8 in. thick. Wash slices again to remove excess starch; drain. Place potatoes in bowl. Add garlic butter, salt, pepper and all but 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in baking pan; then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425º for 25 min.
Garlic butter: 1 stick butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced). Melt butter with garlic.
