5 Cups whole wheat flour, 2 tsp salt, 2 Tbs olive oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 2/3 Cup warm water.

Mix together in mixer. First dry ingredients than add oil and water. Mix well. Pinch off walnut sized pieces of dough and press in a tortilla press. (Can roll out very thin on lightly floured surface.) Heat ungreased griddle very hot and cook on one side until bubbles from than turn over and cook other side until brown freckles appear. Press with dry cloth after turned over to reduce bubbles. Store in plastic bag.
