2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp salt
2 lbs ground beef
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine eggs & milk. Add bread crumbs, onion, salt & ground beef. Mix & make into small meatballs. Bake in greased baking sheet @ 350 until no longer pink.

In large saucepan saute garlic in butter a couple minutes, add ketchup, honey & soy sauce. Bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes. Add meatballs, gently stir & serve over cooked rice.
