Meatballs:
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
Rice:
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/4 c. Burgundy wine
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 1/4 c. wild rice
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients and shape into meatballs; brown. For rice: Saute celery and onion; add remaining ingredients except cheese. Bake covered at 350º for 45 min. Add cheese and bake 45 min. more.
