1 stick of butter
1/2 cup parsley
1 bunch chopped green onions

2 tbsp flour
1 Pint, Half and Half.
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. real or mock crabmeat.
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter , add 1/2 cup of parsley and 1 bunch of chopped green onions and cook until wilted.
Add 2 tbsp flour and 1 pint 1/2 and 1/2. when it begins to thicken, add 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese and 1 lb of mock or real crabmeat!
