6-8 chicken breasts
11/2 lb of sausage
1/4 cup of oil
2 cups of chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups bell pepper
1 tbsp garlic
2 cups of raw rice
2 1/2 cups water,
cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken and sausage until done. Remove them to a plate and add veggies to pot until wilted, then return meat, add all other ingredients.
Bring to boil, then lower heat, cover and simmer 35 - 40 minutes.
DON'T LOOK in the pot until the time is up. Stir in minced parsley and green onions when done.
