1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 beaten eggs
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups OJ
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter
add 2 beaten eggs
add flour and buttermilk alternately to butter and egg mix.

bake in small muffin tins @ 375 until brown.

While hot dip in mixture of 1 1/2 cup of OJ and 2 cups of powdered sugar.
