Any type pasta (I usually use capellini - Robert loves mini bow-ties)
Raw egg
Milk or 1/2 and 1/2
2-3 pieces of fried bacon per person (save the grease)
LOTS of parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the pasta per directions on box
Strain the pasta and return to hot pot
Immediately add the raw egg/milk mixture to the hot pasta (this cooks the egg) and toss
Drizzle in a/b a Tbsp. of bacon grease
Toss in parmesan (you can't add too much)
Serve and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top
