Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsb. Parsley flakes
1 tsb. Basil
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 cups canned tomatoes
(2) 6 oz. cans tomato paste
(1) 10 oz. package lasagna noodles
(2) 12 oz. cartons ricotta cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 tsb. Parsley flakes
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown meat slowly. Add next 6 ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick, 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring constantly. Cook noodles until tender; drain; rinse in cold water. For lasagna, combine ricotta cheese with next 5 ingredients. Place ½ noodles in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish; spread ½ cheese mixture over noodles. Add ½ mozzarella cheese and ½ meat mixture. Repeat layers. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
