1 bag (11.5oz) Ghirardelli 60% bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 stick unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12oz) bag Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Melt bittersweet chocolate chips and butter over double broiler. In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick. Stir in chocolate mixture. In small bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. Add to chocolate mixture. Gently mix in semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts. Refrigerate until mixture thickens and can be dropped by a spoon. Preheat oven to 375º. Drop by tablespoon onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until shiny crust forms on top and interior is still soft.
