2 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water, mix milk, sugar, salt, eggs and oil in small bowl. Add yeast mixture. Mix to form soft dough. Place on floured board and knead until smooth, and not sticky. Let rise double, punch and rise again. Roll out on lightly floured board 1/2 inch thick. Cut and let rise until fat is 350 degrees. Drop doughnuts in glaze while still hot.

Glaze

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 t. vanilla

Combine and mix thoroughly.
