1 batch
1 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
3 tbsp. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the cherries, the sugar and 1-1/2 cups water and simmer for 10 min. or until the liquid is reduced to 1 cup.
Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp. of water and add it to the cherry mixture, and simmer the mixture, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the brandy and stir it in.
Chill.
