Ingredients:  
1 cp water, 1 cup oil, 4 Tbs cocoa, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream or milk.

Icing: 1 stick butter, 4 tsp cocoa, 6 to 10 tsp milk, 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Chopped nuts.

Bring to a boil: 1 cup water, 1 cup oil & 4 Tbs cocoa. Remove from heat & add 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt. Beat 2 eggs & add to above. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups sour cream or milk. Beat well. Pour in ungreased cookie sheet (15 x 10). Bake @ 325º for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing: bring to a boil 1 stick butter, 4 tsp cocoa & 6 to 10 tsp milk. add 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat well. Spread on warm cake. Sprinkle nuts on top (if desired)
