1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, oregano and pepper; blend well. Coat chops with flour mixture; brown both sides in hot oil. Add soup and mushrooms; cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
