1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 loaf French bread
1 egg
2 T. each prepared mustard and chopped parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. each pepper, garlic powder and oregano
1/3 c. water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Add beef and onion. Cook until lightly brown. Cut loaf in half crosswise, hollow loaf carefully. Slowly pulling out dough with fingers, fork or tongs. Tear bread crumbs into small pieces, mix with meat mixture, place ends of bread together. Melt butter with garlic and brush on top of bread. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
