2 lb. end of boneless pork loin
salt
garlic
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/3 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with garlic, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds/ Put into pan, adding 1/3 c water, and roast in 325º
oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting often and adding water as it evaporates.
Serve with dumplings, sauerkraut or cabbage for the national Czech dish:VKZ ( Veprove,knedliky a zeley)
