1/2 cup margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2 cups flour
pinch of salt


FROSTING

1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Pour into a greased 15x10 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool. For frosting, cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars.
