6 c. (1-12oz. box) bow tie pasta (farfalle) uncooked
1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
3/4 c. thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed dried red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
1 T. butter or margarine
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil; add garlic. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly; do not brown. Add chicken; cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Add broccoli; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, basil, red pepper, salt and pepper. Add broth, wine and butter; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Toss hot pasta and chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
