1 lb monterey jack cheese shredded
1 lb cream cheese cut into small chunks
1 cup mayonnaise
4 artichoke hearts finely minced
3 jalapeņos finely minced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Combine and mix well. Let chill overnight in refrigerators to combine flavors. Serve with veggies, bread, chips or crackers

Justin didn't want to spend the exorbitant price for this dip at Costco so he looked at the ingredients went home and found we had them all and mixed it up. Voila! It is really good.
