1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 c. sour cream
1 ¾ c. milk in a large glass bowl
22 oz. pkg. frozen mashed potatoes, thawed
6 cooked and crumbled bacon slices
½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese.
Green onions, if desired.
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and milk in a large glass bowl. Stir in mashed potatoes. Microwave on high 12 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.

Stir in bacon slices and shredded cheddar cheese. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
