1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken stock
¼ tsp. celery salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¾ c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
¼ tsp. garlic
¼ tsp. paprika
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Combine wild rice and 2 ½ cups hot water in microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to 13x9 baking dish. Add soups, chicken stock and seasonings.

Meanwhile, sauté celery and onion until transparent and add to mixture. Add chicken and stir well. Bake uncovered for 1- 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. Add more chicken stock during baking process if casserole gets dry.
