2/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, brown sugar and baking powdered into medium mixing bowl. Use a fork to stir till well mixed.
Break egg in a small mixing bowl. Stir with fork. Use rubber scraper to stir in peanut butter, milk and oil.
Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture. Stir till dry ingredients are wet but lumpy. Do no stir too much.
Line custard cups with bake cups. Put 1 rounded tablespoon of batter in each cup. Add ½ teaspoon of jam, jelly, cream cheese or chocolate pieces, or 1 banana slice or cherry. Top with 1 rounded tablespoon batter. Sprinkle additional brown sugar on top.
Arrange cups in a circle in center of microwave oven. Set on full or high power. Set timer for 2 minutes. Start. After 2 minutes insert a toothpick near center of muffin. F pick comes out clean, the muffin is done. If batter sticks to pick, micro-cook on high for 10 seconds. When done, remove from cups. Coon on cooling rack 10 minutes; serve warm.
