"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from a store called Atlas. If you couldn't find what you wanted at Atlas you could not find it anywhere. David Letterman worked. their during his school years. People came from all over Indiana to get their Tenderloin for Holidays. The owner had a lot of stories to tell about Letterman. Once he stacked cans of fruit & vegetable from floor to ceiling and they all came crashing down. Un-happy owner.
