Pineapple rings or pieces
Brown Sugar

Cook ham steaks in pan on medium heat
Add 2 T brown sugar on each side of steak
Add pineapple (as much as you desire)
Cook until steak looks done (aprox. 10 minutes)
Serve with favorite side
We like cream potatoes
