1 Pie crust shell
1 package (4 oz.) German Sweet Chocolate
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. angel flake coconut
3 eggs , slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and cookie sheet of 400 degree F.
In large saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Gradually add milk and coconut. Combine eggs and sugar and stir into chocolate mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely.
