1 package Devils food chocolate cake mix (2 layer size)
60 caramels, unwrapped
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour and spread half the cake batter in the pan and bake for 15 minutes. While cake is baking, melt together the butter, milk and caramels over low heat, constantly mixing.

Remove cake from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans on top. Cover with the melted caramel mixture. Top with the remaining chocolate cake batter and bake for another 20 minutes.

You can decorate the top with a little chocolate or caramel frosting and some real candy turtles for looks but it tastes great with nothing on top.
