1 c. pumpkin
½ c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 2/3 c. flour


Filling:
1 – 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, oil, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients, mixing to blend.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together. Add egg and mix to blend.

Pour ¼ of batter into two greased and floured 3½ x 7½ inch bread pans. Carefully spread cream cheese filling mixture over the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before turning out of pans. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 2 loaves.
