1 c. Karo Syrup or Light Corn Syrup
2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
3 c. Rice Krispies
3 c. Special K
1 1/2 c. Margarine
4 c. Powdered Sugar
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
6 tbsp. Milk
1 1/2 c. Milk Chocolate Chips

Bottom Layer: In a microwavable bowl, combine Karo Syrup, creamy peanut butter, and brown sugar. Microwave for 4 minutes. Then add Rice Krispies and Special K. Mix. Press in a very large bar pan and let set.

Middle Layer: In another bowl, combine 1 c. margarine, powdered sugar, pudding, and milk. Mix well. Then spread over bottom layer. Let cool until mixture is firm to touch.

Top Layer: Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 c. margarine together. Stir well. Then pour on top of mixture and spread. Refrigerate. In 10 minutes cut and serve. Keep refrigerated.
