2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 packets Knox gelatin
2/3 c. cold water
1 8oz container Cool Whip, thawed
2 c. milk
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh strawberries or blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water in a double boiler or regular saucepan, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved and clear in color. Cool.

Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and blend well. Add gelatin and blend. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Refrigerate until firm. Decorate the top with fresh strawberries or blueberries.
