Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pre-made shortbread or graham cracker pie crust
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
5 small ripe bananas
1 container (18 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Ground cinnamon for sprinkling on top

Directions:
Directions:
To thicken the milk into caramel, choose one of two methods.  Either place the unopened can into a saucepan with at least 2 inches of water above the can, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or prepare it in the microwave as follows:  Pour the milk into a 2 qt. bowl and microwave on medium power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Decrease power to medium low and microwave for 14 minutes, stirring well every 2 minutes.  The milk will become thick, light brown, and pudding-like when done.  Let the milk cool for 5 minutes, then spread onto bottom of pie crust before the caramel hardens. Slice the bananas (not too thick) and arrange them onto the caramel.  Gently stir the Cool Whip, sour cream, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl and cover the pie.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.
