1/2 c. rice
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg gelatin
3 T. water
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 frozen pkg strawberries
1 c. juice from strawberries or water
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. corn starch
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, milk, and salt in double boiler over low heat. After rice is cooked, soak gelatin in cold water and add to rice and chill. Whip cream, add sugar and add to chilled rice mixture. Place in ring mold and chill.

Thaw strawberries, mix juice, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice, cook till thick, then add to berries. Place in center of ring when serving.
