2 pounds beef stew meat (cut up)
1 cup celery (cut up)
3 carrots (cut in chunks)
4-5 potatoes (cubed0
2 medium onions (chopped)
2-2 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 slice bread (broken up)
2-2 1/2 tsp tapioca
1 T. sugar
1 small can tomatoes
1/2 can water
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 whole allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Place raw meat in bottom of roaster, then veggies and bread. Add spices, then liquids. Cover and bake at 250º for about 5 1/2 hours.
