1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. boiling Water
1/2 c. cold Water
1 c. Whipping Cream (whipped)
2 envelopes Knox Gelatin
1 lg can Crushed Pineapple
1 8-oz pkg. of Cream Cheese
1/2 C. finely Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Gelatin in cold Water. Add Sugar, Pineapple and Gelatin mix to boiling water. Boil 5 minutes and then cool completely. Mash Cream Cheese, add Pineapple mixture and Whipped Cream. Sprinkle with Pecans and chill overnight.
