6 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Marsala wine

Directions:
In small saucepan, combine egg yolks, sugar and wine over low heat. Beating constantly with a wire whisk, cook about 10 min. or until mixture is very fluffy. Serve in dessert bowls while still warm, or spoon over fresh berries. Store in the refrigerator.
