Directions:
Make a Ritz peanut butter sandwich. Melt chocolate in double broiler or microwave. Put sandwich in chocolate, let it get covered, then use fork to lift cookie out, tap on side of the bowl to get a clean covering, then place on waxed paper......Let cool and set. Can serve at room temp or refrigerated. Note - Ambrosia milk chocolate is my favorite. You can get this at Macey's during the holiday season. It comes in a block.
