3 cups rice
5 cups water
salt to taste
2 pounds Jack cheese grated
1 cube butter
1 small cans diced chilies
1 small canned diced Jalapenos (or a little less if you want medium hot)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in steamer or boil until done. Dump rinse into large baking dish with lid.

Add: the grated jack cheese, 1 cube of butter and stir up until melted.

Add: the dice chilies and diced jalapenos.

Put in microwave or in the oven and heat until cheese is bubbly.

Serve with BBQ., or baked meat of any kind, fried chicken or pork chops. You name it and it is great with it. Also serve with baked beans. The sweet and the hot go great together.
