1/2 lb. pork, thinly sliced
5 fresh shrimps, sliced
6 c. chow fun noodles, boiled
1 c. green beans, julienne sliced
1 stalk celery, julienne sliced
2 green onions, cut 1/2 inch
1/2 lb bean sprouts
2 eggs beaten and/or 1/4 lb. cooked ham
2 T sesame seeds, toasted
Chinese partsley

Seasonings: Combine
1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
1-2 tsp. salt
2 T soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork and shrimp one minute in hot oil.
Add seasonings and saute another minute.
Add noodles and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add vegetables, except bean sprouts. Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Add bean sprouts the last few minutes of cooking.

In a separate skillet, fry eggs into a thin sheet; remove from skillet and roll.
Cut rolled eggs into matchstick-size strips.
Do the same for ham, if used.

Place noodle mixture on a serving platter and garnish with eggs, ham, sesame seeds and Chinese parsley.
