30 – 36 jumbo shells
2 c. cooked and diced chicken
Grated cheddar cheese to taste
6 oz. package stuffing mix
2 10 ¾ oz. cans of cream of chicken soup (may need to add more)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells in boiling water for 7 minutes. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions and stir in chicken and cheese. In a separate bowl mix soup with one can water and salt and pepper to taste. Pour half of the soup mixture in the bottom of a lightly greased 13x19 baking pan. Stuff shells with stuffing mixture; place shells open side up in pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over the top of the shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350° for 30 – 45 minutes. Serves 8-10
