1 c mayo or miracle whip
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 med bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
4 c loosely packed torn spinach
12 slices Oscar Meyer bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
1/2 c slivered red onion
1/4 c raisins

Mix salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix lightly and refrigerate.
