1 c. Carrots, finely chopped
1/4 c. Celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. Onion, finely chopped
1 3/4 c. Chicken Broth
2 c. Milk
1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
Dash Paprika
Dash Salt
1 c. American Cheese (4 oz.), shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine Carrots, Celery and Onion; add Chicken Broth. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover, simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are done. Combine Milk, Flour, Paprika and Salt. Stir into Chicken Broth mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add Cheese, stirring well until melted.
