1 c. mayonnaise or Kraft salad dressing
1 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. floor
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar


Frosting:

2 c. powder sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk + more for desired consistency

Mix together. Put in ungreased pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cake after it has cooled.
