1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 lb. butter, softened
2 tbsp vanilla
5 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together until well blended sugars, eggs, butter and vanilla. In separate bowl - mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix. Add 2 cups nuts and 3 cups chocolate chips. If you want an oatmeal cookie, add 2 cups oatmeal. Bake at 350º until golden brown. (about 15-20 minutes). Note - You can try different combinations. I have used white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, toffee chips plus several different other kinds.
