1/3 cup red currant
¼ cup California Port
¼ cup OJ
2 T. lemon
2 tsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Cornstarch
2 T. orange rind

Directions:

Heat jelly, melt and add rest of ingredients. Boil for 5 min. Serve at room temperature.
