1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 cup raisins

Mix dry ingredients set aside. Beat eggs and add sour cream. Slowly mix in flour mixture, fold in raisins. Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until golden brown on top
