3 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and mix, add flour mixture. Chill for 30 min. Roll cookie dough into balls then roll in sugar, squish with greased bottom of a glass. Bake 375º for 8-10 min
