2 pkg chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups herb stuffing
2 large onions, finely chopped
6 eggs beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:

Mix together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Form into walnut size balls and bake at 350º for 20 min. You can freeze on cookie sheets then place in ziploc bag to save prior to baking.
