3 whole boneless chicken breasts (6 pieces)
2 tbsp butter
2 green onions, including tops, sliced
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 tbsp chopped major grey chutney
1/3 cup Madeira (wine)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
parsley sprigs

Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Melt butter in wide frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, without crowding cook about 10 min each side until done. Transfer chicken to a platter and keep warm. Add onions, ginger, chutney, Madeira and broth to pan. Increase heat to high and boil, stirring to reduce to half (about 4 min). Add cream and any juices that drained from chicken. Boil briefly. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve. Garnish with parsley sprigs, about 300 calories per serving.
