1 lb fine tenderloin beef
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
2 onions cut julienne
3 peeled tomatoes, seedless, slices
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
½ tablespoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small bag: frozen French fries (double crisp)

Directions:
Directions:
Start to bake the French fries, follow package instructions.

Cut meat in slices of 3 x 1 in. season them with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying-pan in the stove and then add the oil.

Fry the meat to a lightly brown

Add garlic, bay leaf, onions, tomatoes fry lightly for 5 minutes

Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, parsley, cilantro, oregano, and fry for 2 minutes more.

Remove bay leaf.

Serve it immediately and garnish it with the baked French fries.

It is advisable to accompany it with rice.
