3 tablespoon oil
1lb. tender beef
Flour (enough to coat the meat)
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ lb. mushrooms
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Cut meat into 3 x 1 in. strips coat them with flour and brown them quickly (1-2 minutes) in oil. Put aside.

In a large frying pan melted the butter and sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms about 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth, mustard salt and pepper and bring to boil.

Add the browned meat and sour cream then warm but don’t boil.

Serve over noodles or rice.
