Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs of veal, pork, beef (meatloaf mix) I always use 5 lbs. 'cause it's cheaper to buy that amount.
About 3 cups Introvignes seasoned bread crumbs (only sold at Big Y)
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
handful of dried parsley
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
optional....1 cup white wine. If you don't want the wine use water. All the alcohol cooks out of the wine anyway and it does add flavor.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together...if it is too dry add more water......too moist add more bread crumbs. Make small round meatballs and place on cookie sheet as close together as you can fit them. Bake in a 375 preheated oven for about 20 minutes...when the bottoms are slightly brown and you open one and it is not pink.
